By using Khelne Ho apps or this website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. The platform
Khelne Ho connects players with venue operators. We provide software; venues are responsible for their facilities, pricing shown on their listings, and house rules.
3. Accounts
Players sign in with approved methods (e.g. Google) on the customer app. Venue owners use credentials issued by the platform. Keep your credentials confidential.
4. Bookings & payments
Bookings are subject to venue availability and policies shown in the app. Fees and refunds follow the cancellation rules displayed for each booking.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal use or abuse of the platform
- False listings or fraudulent payments
- Attempting to access others’ accounts or scrape data at scale
- Harassment of venues, staff, or other users
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Khelne Ho is not liable for injuries, disputes, or facility conditions at third-party venues. Our role is to facilitate bookings and payments as described in the product.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts in Chitwan shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
